Description

Manage product planning and execution across the entire lifecycle. Define vision by gathering and prioritizing customer requirements. Execute discovery, prioritization, go-to-market strategies, and post-release measurement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate design decisions and technical trade-offs.
• Align product development with business strategy to meet revenue and satisfaction goals.
• Provide data-driven feedback to director and VP-level stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
• Evaluate problems objectively by weighing business impact, effort, and time constraints.
• Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise Product Management within large, complex organizations.
• Technical proficiency in evaluating short-term versus long-term architectural solutions.
• Strong understanding of data concepts and integration patterns across upstream and downstream systems.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Productboard.
• Domain knowledge in accounting or finance within retail, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Technical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Oracle ERP/EPM, Essbase, Alation, or Databricks.
