Description

You will manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle and ensure operational readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from design through delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum events including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business or operations readiness.
• Monitor production system health and resolve issues impacting customer experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proficiency with Jira for task and backlog management.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum frameworks and ceremonies.
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to use data analytics to drive product outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the product design process.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
