You own the strategy and execution for the GMP Proteins portfolio, driving financial results and new product development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial results, forecasting, pricing, and profitability for the GMP Proteins portfolio.
• Identify market opportunities by analyzing trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Lead new product development by defining technical and regulatory requirements and building business cases for R&D.
• Align global commercial, operations, and technical teams on portfolio priorities as the primary product advocate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong technical understanding of protein manufacturing, cell therapy, or biopharma production workflows.
• Experience within the Cell & Gene Therapy or GMP-grade reagents space.
• Ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Proficiency in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, and Finance.
• Familiarity with Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
