You will define and deliver the strategic roadmap for Alternative Investments Accounting and Operations capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap to improve accounting and operational capabilities.
• Evaluate business processes to uncover requirements and implement optimization solutions.
• Perform requirements analysis and document findings for cross-functional teams and management.
• Automate and modernize systems by staying current with process and IT advancements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to junior staff and top-performing teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience specifically in Alternative Investments and Structured Products.
• Deep expertise in the alternative investment fund industry and operational service aspects.
• Background in financial services consulting or product management.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills and experience creating detailed reports.
• Strong documentation, planning, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or an MBA.
