You will lead product strategy and technical execution for integrated and semi-integrated POS solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle within an Agile software development environment.
• Drive client account growth and handle technical escalations.
• Oversee certification and compliance processes for payment systems, including L3 certification and network mandates.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Model business processes and groom user stories to ensure customer-centric delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of product management experience in Agile environments.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in coding, solution engineering, technical writing, or architecture.
• Deep knowledge of payment processing, including EMV, tokenization, chargebacks, PCI compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Expertise in both card-not-present and card-present payment processing.
• Technical proficiency in OOP, .NET, Java, and Android development.
• In-depth understanding of US/Canadian payment systems, acquirer processing, and networks.
• Direct experience with domestic networks such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.
• Proficiency with Jira, Rally, and Jira Align.

Preferred Skills

• Formal training or certifications in EMV standards.
