You will manage the Disputes product lifecycle as an Individual Contributor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, and Disputes teams.
• Drive Agile delivery, managing backlog, sprints, and user stories.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback and track key product metrics.
• Build control frameworks, processes, and procedures for the product.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in Credit Card, Fraud, and Disputes domains.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong technical and stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of Reg Z.
