Description

You will manage the Order Management System (OMS/DOM) product roadmap and drive technical delivery within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into technology product strategy and own the product roadmap.
• Drive prioritization of product capabilities and manage cross-domain sequencing of activities.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements through epics and user stories.
• Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure backlog and delivery align with product strategy.
• Plan and conduct user showcases and acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in scrum/agile development methodology.
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, including backlog prioritization, grooming, and refinement.
• 5+ years of experience working with OMS/DOM, specifically within Order Management, Fulfillment, or Shipping modules.
• 5+ years of experience designing processes and solutions for omnichannel organizations.
• Expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and DOM.
• Proven ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for breaking down complex problems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sterling OMS or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Background in B2B wholesale or the automotive parts industry.
• Experience supporting, mentoring, and managing other Product Owners.
