You will own the product lifecycle for financial services solutions, from ideation to launch. You define strategies that align with business goals and customer needs while ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
• Develop product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Use data-driven insights to measure product success and optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product management within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, banking, and wealth management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to define KPIs and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services (SEC, FINRA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics and CRM tools.
• Background in E-commerce or Retail sectors is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
