Description

Lead product strategy and program-level priorities within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage program-level or enterprise priorities and identify solutions for non-obvious challenges.
• Report security risks regarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
• Ensure data privacy and protection by understanding how data is stored, processed, and transmitted.
• Partner with and influence Executive Leadership and C-suite team members.
• Maintain awareness of information security measures including malware protection and password security.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of product management experience in a strategic capacity within Financial Services (Retail, Small, Fintech, Insurance, or Wealth).
• Deep knowledge of multiple SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and traditional waterfall.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Azure DevOps for requirements management.
• Strong experience working directly with Executive Leadership or C-suite teams.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience.
• Digital agency experience.
