Description

You will lead a new team focused on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and associated automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a new team dedicated to Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee the development and implementation of solutions using Power Automate, Co-Pilot, and Co-Pilot Studio.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives through Co-Pilot (M365, Sales, Git) and Co-Pilot Studio.
• Manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful product implementation.
• Make data-driven decisions to measure the success of product initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar technology-driven role.
• 4+ years of recent project experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Expertise with Co-Pilot (M365, Sales, Git) and Co-Pilot Studio.
• Proven experience building and managing teams in startup or new project environments.
• Strong project management and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset for measuring product success.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration with Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.
• Microsoft Power Platform or product management certifications.
