Key Responsibilities

• Lead product management initiatives for digital platforms serving pharmaceutical markets
• Manage multiple concurrent projects using MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet tools
• Develop comprehensive use cases and user stories to guide product development
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, and Content Management Systems for platform optimization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management of digital platforms
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, or related fields required
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to work across functional areas
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, customers, and healthcare systems
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, Content Management Systems, and Google Analytics preferred
• Therapeutic Area knowledge is a plus
