Description

You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle within an Agile environment, focusing on delivery and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product development lifecycle with a focus on Agile delivery.
• Facilitate system integration discussions and clarify requirements for engineering teams.
• Prioritize feature backlogs based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders in Europe and the U.S. to align vision and execution.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience as a Product Manager managing product development processes.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
• Experience in IT retail environments.
• Background in workforce management solutions such as WorkJam, ThinkTime, or Reflexis.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Proven ability to handle cross-functional teams and complex integration scenarios.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing competing priorities across different geographies.
