Description

You will own the digital guest experience, translating strategy into prioritized user stories, business requirements, and technical documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate digital strategy into prioritized user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Partner with design and technology teams to align visual design, content strategy, and development with the strategic vision.
• Manage content configuration and ensure appropriate review and sign-off of key results with partners.
• Lead multiple teams to deliver product requirements across the development lifecycle.
• Drive ideas into action using tools and processes that support go-to-market delivery and service integration.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of digital product management experience (website and mobile).
• 3-5 years of combined business, agency, or digital experience.
• Experience with complex content management systems for website maintenance, including media and copy updates.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and Jira.
• Experience with marketing, brand strategy, and technology.
• Experience managing technical, user, and business issues within a digital organization.
• Experience with systems supporting content triage, data configuration, and service integration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with iOS/Android release processes.
• Experience with web/mobile hybrid applications.
