Description

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for an AI-native, enterprise-grade omnichannel dialer and engagement platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the product vision, north-star metrics, and roadmap.
• Translate business goals into clear product bets, prioritizing MVP versus scale features.
• Convert customer pain points into clear problem statements by working with enterprise customers and sales.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria while owning backlog prioritization.
• Partner with AI/ML teams on feature creation, model selection, evaluation, and cost control.

Required Skills

• 12-15 Years of experience with strong SaaS / Platform ownership.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS / Platform product building and the MVP to Scale journey.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and backlog grooming.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech To Text (STT), and AI workflows.
• Ability to convert AI capability into tangible customer value.
• Exposure to Dialer systems, Contact Centers, and CRM integrations.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making, tracking adoption and usage metrics.
• Sharp written and verbal communication skills.
