Description

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for an AI-native, enterprise-grade omnichannel dialer and engagement platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, north-star metrics, and roadmap.
• Translate business goals into prioritized product bets, distinguishing MVP from scale features.
• Convert customer pain points into problem statements through direct engagement with enterprise clients and sales teams.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing backlog prioritization.
• Partner with AI/ML teams on feature creation, model selection, evaluation, and cost control.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in SaaS or Platform product ownership.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS product building and the MVP to Scale journey.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and backlog grooming.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech To Text (STT), and AI workflows.
• Ability to convert AI capabilities into tangible customer value.
• Exposure to dialer systems, contact centers, and CRM integrations.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making, tracking adoption and usage metrics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
