Description

You will own the product lifecycle for the Claims and Leave Data Domain, coordinating two scrum teams to deliver Claims, Consumer, and Leave Management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and roadmap for data analytics and science initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage backlog using SAFe methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, user stories, and process flows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner.
• Proficiency with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Ability to create technical diagrams using Visio and Whiteboard.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint for stakeholder updates.
• Background in data analytics, data science, or cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting multiple scrum teams in a complex domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Claims, Consumer, or Leave Management systems.
• Technical background in data integration and cloud infrastructure.
