Description

You will work with the Lead Product Manager to define features and drive value delivery for the Administration product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define product scope by creating user stories, developing acceptance criteria, and refining the product backlog.
• Translate product vision and strategy into actionable roadmap items and backlog tasks.
• Lead daily scrum ceremonies, refinement sessions, and engagement with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with development teams on implementation issues and review QA test plans to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.
• Communicate product release contents, capabilities, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitor release impediments and suggest corrective actions to meet project objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst role.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documenting use cases.
• Experience reviewing QA test plans and technical documentation for accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional development scope and prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Strong skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and stakeholder presentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
