Description

You will drive brand growth, performance, and promotional strategy within the pharmaceutical sector. You own top-line and bottom-line growth for mega brands and lead new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line and bottom-line growth for mega brands and manage new product launches.
• Oversee creation and production of quarterly visual aids, including agency briefing and design evaluation.
• Develop quarterly business plan booklets and field communication materials to support sales force detailing.
• Manage promotional budgets, vendor selection, and negotiation to optimize ROI and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with logistics vendors to ensure timely dispatch of promotional inputs and visual aids to specific geographies.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Therapy area expertise in Gastro, Cardio, diabetic, Derma, or General Medicine.
• Proven experience in Brand Management and Brand Strategy.
• Experience with Product Launch and Product Marketing.
• Proficiency in Brand Development and Branding.
• Ability to manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Experience coordinating complex logistics for promotional materials.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or PGDM (Pharma).
