Description

You will manage the lifecycle of digital product enhancements from concept through deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare process flows, functional specs, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate UAT, create test cases, and validate outcomes.
• Track project progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• 2+ years in client-facing, consulting, or consumer applications domains.
• Proven ability in requirement gathering, documentation, and delivery coordination.
• Expertise in writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on data analysis ability (SQL preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Figma and Lucidchart.
