You will own the strategic roadmap, documentation, and execution of the Sales Enablement platform and related marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead Seismic and SeismicSocial projects from inception to delivery, guiding business stakeholders and in-house developers to maximize platform benefits.
Collaborate with developers, data engineering, and vendors to ensure robust data pipelines and system integrations across LiveDocs and MarTech architecture.
Manage the product backlog through effective prioritization, sprint execution, and UAT testing while minimizing waste.
Analyze platform feasibility and develop requirements to support adoption and new business capabilities.
Coordinate release planning and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to align vision with business objectives.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience with Big Data, SQL, ETL, Data Analysis, and Data Mapping.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar roles within the marketing and data space.
Proven ability to gather client requirements and translate them into actionable plans using Product Management best practices.
Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, data engineering, data modeling, and information architecture.
Experience managing complex integrations across internal and external systems.
Strong capability in managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing competing project demands.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
