Description

Lead product strategy for Identity & Access Management solutions, driving cross-functional delivery from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on user research, data analysis, and departmental requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full development lifecycle, translating business needs into technical epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing to iterate on product flows.
• Manage product backlogs by refining, prioritizing, and slating work using JIRA, while monitoring metrics and identifying project risks.
• Oversee contracts with external implementation partners and vendors, conducting competitive analysis and build vs. buy evaluations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams.
• Direct experience with Identity & Access Management products and ecosystems.
• Proficiency using JIRA for requirement tracking and backlog management.
• Experience using GitHub for development workflows and understanding of technical constraints.
• Experience using Smartsheet for project management and documentation.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work in a consulting capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supervising and coaching staff members.
• Knowledge of promoting product management best practices across an organization.
