Lead product strategy for Identity & Access Management solutions, driving cross-functional delivery from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on user research and data analysis.
• Translate business needs into technical epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing.
• Manage product backlogs in JIRA, prioritizing work and monitoring project risks.
• Oversee contracts with external partners and conduct build vs. buy evaluations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams.
• Direct experience with Identity & Access Management products and ecosystems.
• Proficiency using JIRA for requirement tracking and backlog management.
• Experience using GitHub for development workflows and understanding technical constraints.
• Experience using Smartsheet for project management and documentation.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships in a consulting capacity.
