Description

Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, bridging technical execution with strategic program goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define product ownership paths and identify gaps in existing identity workflows.
• Establish product priorities and integration strategies for ongoing identity initiatives.
• Manage project lifecycles for Duo, BeyondTrust, CIAM, and Active Directory redesigns.
• Transition engineering teams to Agile methodologies and provide proactive technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) space.
• Deep understanding of authentication components, including Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing Saviynt.
• Proven experience with Duo, BeyondTrust, CIAM, or Active Directory.
• Track record of transitioning teams to Agile frameworks.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for strategic stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in dynamic environments.

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of tenure in a similar product leadership role.
