Description

You will own application roadmaps and requirements for investment group stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable user stories and managing product delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable, testable user stories for the development team.
• Prioritize backlog items and manage product roadmaps for all owned applications.
• Drive scrum meetings and manage project delivery using Agile methodology.
• Guide the QM team in developing comprehensive test plans.
• Perform production support and issue triaging for owned applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management.
• Deep domain expertise in Asset Management and financial products, specifically Fixed Income.
• Strong understanding of the order and trade life cycle.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of Archer IMS, Blackrock Aladdin, or Charles River Development.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg terminals.
