You will own the strategy and execution for customer, store, and franchise-facing digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Analyze product performance metrics to identify improvement areas and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products.
• Implement processes to streamline product development and manage all associated documentation.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile apps or retail commerce.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize data trends and inform decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of mobile app development processes.
• Experience optimizing workflows and operational processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-year tenure stability in previous roles.
