Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering by translating ambiguous requirements into functional specifications and working prototypes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured working sessions with stakeholders and users to surface actual needs versus stated requests.
• Document business requirements in clear formats, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Translate business language into functional specifications and interaction models that define application behavior.
• Build functional prototypes using AI coding tools to demonstrate real interactions and iterate quickly.
• Present prototypes to stakeholders, facilitate feedback, and maintain a clear changelog of decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or requirements engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot Workspace.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying data sets and building data-driven visualizations.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications that bridge business and technology.
• Working knowledge of web or app development to guide AI agents and understand technical constraints.
• Experience with wireframing and mockup tools like Sketch, Figma, or Balsamiq.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define scope when requirements are incomplete.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in prompt engineering and working effectively with LLMs.
• Ability to write basic code independently in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping frameworks like Next.js, Streamlit, or v0.
