Description

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision and roadmap definition through agile delivery, user acceptance testing, and launch.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, MVP scope, and roadmap in collaboration with Product Owners, sponsors, and IT teams.
• Manage product backlog, prioritizing features and capabilities while coordinating sprint planning and release schedules.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including script creation, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution.
• Drive change management, training, and content documentation to ensure successful product adoption and rollout.
• Monitor key product metrics and manage scope changes, communicating status and risks to the PMO and leadership.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of total professional experience, including 7+ years in digital product management.
• Proven track record leading programs from inception to launch using Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, scope definition, and resource planning.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, IT developers, and SMEs.
• Ability to translate strategic business priorities into technical build priorities and project artifacts.
• Skilled in facilitating stakeholder focus groups and managing complex communication plans.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of complex, cross-organizational project and program management experience in a business leadership capacity.
• Experience managing digital programs involving web portal development, deployment, and integrations with other applications.
