Description

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for iRefresh, driving the vision and execution of the Financial Crimes Transformation program.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-discovery and early envisioning sessions with international market partners to identify requirements and deviations from existing solutions.
• Develop AML KYC processes and customer experiences in alignment with regulatory requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Translate complex business objectives into specific capabilities and features by working with enterprise product and engineering teams.
• Inform roadmap prioritization and support the continuous refinement of the capability backlog.
• Participate in PI Planning to support Agile and SAFe practices in coordination with Lean Portfolio Management and Project Delivery & Integration teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development and delivering on a product roadmap.
• Proven experience working within Agile or other software development methodologies.
• Strong ability to communicate and build consensus across multiple global teams and stakeholders.
• Experience translating business needs into technical features and capabilities.
• Skill in managing end-to-end product lifecycles from discovery to execution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• AML/KYC domain knowledge.
