Description

You will lead the configuration, support, and strategic implementation of HRIS systems within a healthcare setting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation, re-engineering, and re-design of scheduling, timekeeping, credential tracking, and identity management applications.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery using Agile and ITIL frameworks.
• Build and maintain leadership-level business relationships while leading technology teams in application support.
• Present complex technical and business updates to large groups and stakeholders.
• Ensure strong data management and alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• 5+ years in Information Technology, specifically configuring and supporting HRIS systems.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, data management, and enterprise IT strategy.
• Proven experience (3+ years) managing leadership relationships and leading technology teams.
• Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies, including Agile and ITIL.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience as a consultant or facilitator.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scheduling and timekeeping process support applications.
