Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and implementation of new digital products, defining features and requirements based on market analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices that significantly enhance the client experience.
• Coach product teams on best practices, ensuring effective messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues, driving escalations to enable rapid delivery.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to continually improve user experience and support business planning prioritization.

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of related work experience in product management.
• Strong ability to lead large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects.
• Experience in defining detailed product features, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques for user experience improvement.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
