Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, including long‑term goals and planning.
Ensure alignment between product initiatives and organizational objectives.
Act as the custodian of the overall product vision.
Market & User Research
Understand user pain points and customer needs.
Track market trends and analyze competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
Use research insights to guide feature prioritization and roadmap adjustments.
Product Development Lifecycle
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements through launch and iteration.
Create and maintain:
Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
User stories and acceptance criteria
Execution & Delivery
Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Coordinate releases and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor progress and adjust plans to keep delivery on track.
Data Analysis & Feedback
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
Revenue
Conversion rates
User engagement
Incorporate customer feedback and performance data to iterate and improve the product continuously.
