Description

Manage the onboarding, integration, and scaling of MarTech tools within a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and scale Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to meet business requirements.
• Execute data management tasks including data mapping, governance, schema creation, and customer data modelling.
• Manage SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations.
• Translate technical terminology for business partners and business requirements for technology partners.
• Deliver executive presentations and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in MarTech tool integration and scaling.
• In-depth experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Adobe CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, mParticle, or Segment.
• Expertise in data management, schema creation, and customer data modelling.
• Practical knowledge of SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
