You will own the product roadmap for CI/CD processes and modernization efforts to align with organizational goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across the CI/CD ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to gather and prioritize requirements for operations and long-term improvements.
• Integrate security, scalability, and performance best practices throughout the CI/CD lifecycle.
• Represent the CI/CD Product team to internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain modern CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management for CI/CD systems, DevOps, or related technical domains.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD platforms including Jenkins, GitLab, and CircleCI.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record building deployment pipelines for large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps by integrating security and compliance into pipelines.
• Proficiency working within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban using Jira.
• Strong understanding of API integration and cloud infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Financial Services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
