Description

Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Master Data Management (MDM) solution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap to align business needs with technical requirements.
• Own the product backlog, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and leading grooming sessions.
• Coordinate between Business, IT, and Enterprise Data & Insight teams to resolve data pain points.
• Assess business impact and value of MDM initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Champion data quality, integrity, and governance initiatives within the MDM solution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager specifically within the MDM or data management space.
• Expert knowledge of MDM concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven experience overseeing implementations of at least two vendor MDM tools.
• Experience working as a Product Owner or Scrum Master within Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in defining roadmaps and prioritizing feature requirements for MDM solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in data governance, data quality management, and data integration.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, metrics, and user feedback for decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
