Responsibilities

• Define and track KPIs and OKRs to ensure alignment with senior leadership.
• Build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog while leading weekly refinement sessions.
• Own feature definition and roadmap delivery in line with strategic business goals.
• Create and validate user story acceptance criteria and approve completed stories.
• Manage dependencies across product teams and drive communication for product initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Strong ability to define and inspire product strategy and vision.
• Proven end-to-end accountability for product outcomes and backlog prioritization.
• Deep product and domain knowledge with organizational agility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong product design capability connecting customer solutions to business goals.
• Agile fluency with ability to leverage frameworks to maximize product value.
• Understanding of systems, processes, technology, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience fostering a culture of accountability and empowerment within product teams.
• Knowledge of risk and quality management practices.
