Description

You will manage multiple technology-driven projects and lead engineering teams focused on backend data management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend data management projects on the AWS cloud platform.
• Collaborate with internal clients to maintain, troubleshoot, and modernize existing technologies.
• Drive Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and roadmap development.
• Prepare and lead sprint demos for 4-5 different teams.
• Research new technologies and system architectures for future builds.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in backend data management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• 4-5 years of experience using Jira for sprint management.
• Experience with Program Office level planning.
• Knowledge of API services.
• Understanding of UX platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading multiple concurrent technology projects.
