Description

You will manage the product backlog and delivery lifecycle for ResX applications under a Time & Materials model.

Responsibilities

  • Own backlog management and ticket triaging to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with development and support teams to resolve incoming issues.
  • Lead QA efforts, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Validate requirements with subject matter experts and clarify technical issues.
  • Track KPIs and maintain dashboards to ensure SLA compliance.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles.
  • Proficiency in Jira for backlog and ticket management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management and ticketing.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM for project tracking.
  • Proven track record of improving system reliability and delivery efficiency.
