Description

Own the product strategy, discovery, and delivery for a B2C eCommerce platform, acting as the customer advocate while managing scope, schedule, and spend.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a strategic product vision tied to business OKRs.
• Lead product discovery and leverage data to uncover insights reflecting true customer needs.
• Manage scope, schedule, and spend for product initiatives.
• Drive experimentation and analytics using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
• Apply behavioral science, design thinking, and eCommerce marketing strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-focused digital environments.
• Significant B2C customer-facing eCommerce website experience.
• Headless or hybrid CMS experience, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with Adobe Target for experimentation and analytics.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics or other analytics and experimentation tools.
• Understanding of customer/behavioral science and design thinking.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Travel industry eCommerce experience.
