Description

Maintain detailed knowledge of vendor offerings, roadmaps, and contracts. Support renewals, extensions, and negotiations in partnership with sourcing and procurement, proactively managing lifecycle, pricing, and commercial risks.

Financial Oversight and Cost Transparency

Understand product financials, including pricing models, total cost of ownership (TCO), chargeback/showback, and cost allocation. Validate volumes and costs, support financial planning and modeling, and respond to business unit cost inquiries.

Stakeholder and User Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders and users. Gather and evaluate feedback, communicate roadmap and product changes, and ensure stakeholder input informs prioritization and investment decisions
