Description

You will lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution for a virtual care platform from concept through scale.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision and roadmap execution for major telehealth initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to launch and iterate on high-quality solutions.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and prioritize work based on business value.
• Partner with operations, clinical experts, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to healthcare standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience in digital health, marketplaces, or high-growth tech environments.
• Strong background in data-informed and user-centric product development.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and distill complex issues into clear requirements.
• Experience working in ambiguous, dynamic settings with high autonomy.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across engineering, design, and clinical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and tracking KPIs in partnership with data teams.
• Any Graduate education.
