Description

You will lead the product planning, prioritization, and roadmap activities for the Sales Technology domain.

Responsibilities

  • Own product planning, prioritization, and roadmap activities to drive strategic direction for Sales Technology capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, users, and stakeholders to develop roadmaps and measure impact, adoption, and engagement.
  • Define product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria that represent customer needs.
  • Drive execution against plans by anticipating risks and communicating clearly with dependent technology teams.
  • Use data to drive decisions and define metrics to monitor progress toward goals.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise partner platforms or software products.
  • Hands-on experience with PRM tools covering onboarding, enablement, engagement, incentive compensation, and analytics.
  • Experience administering and configuring Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
  • Expertise managing Salesforce integrations with third-party tools using APIs and integration platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving partner, sales, enablement, ops, finance, and technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, data migration, and data management.
  • Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to drive conversations and influence senior leadership through storytelling and data.
  • BA/BS degree required.

Preferred Skills

  • MBA degree.
  • Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
