Description

You will lead product planning, prioritization, and roadmap activities for the Sales Technology domain.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to develop roadmaps and measure impact.
• Drive execution by anticipating risks and communicating with dependent technology teams.
• Use data to drive decisions and define metrics for progress.
• Influence senior leadership through storytelling and data.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise partner platforms or software products.
• Hands-on experience with PRM tools covering onboarding, enablement, engagement, incentive compensation, and analytics.
• Experience administering and configuring Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects.
• Expertise managing Salesforce integrations with third-party tools using APIs and integration platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving partner, sales, enablement, ops, finance, and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data migration, and data management.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
