Responsibilities

• Define and execute platform strategy and product thought leadership.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver customer experiences.
• Drive product decisions using experimentation, data-driven approaches, and success metrics.
• Manage prioritization and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Lead execution across teams and influence organizational priorities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product management leadership.
• Technical depth in software development, including reading code and engaging in architecture and design discussions.
• Proven track record of working closely with customers and partners to define strategy.
• Experience building and leading teams.
• Demonstrated success in using data to deliver business results.
• Ability to define long-term visions and drive product innovation.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Preferred Skills

• AI/ML expertise or experience.
• MBA degree.
