Description

You will define and manage the product roadmap for Sports for Life, aligning feature prioritization with business goals and user needs. You will conduct user research to identify pain points for academies, parents, and players, translating insights into actionable product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features that address specific needs of the sports academy ecosystem.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback from partners and end-users to drive product improvements and engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver key features including performance insights, payment tracking, and communication tools.
• Monitor product development progress and define metrics to track user behavior and evaluate product impact.
• Communicate product vision to internal teams and partner academies, coordinating with marketing to drive adoption.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, ed-tech, or sports industries.
• Proficiency with Figma for prototyping and design collaboration.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and product development lifecycles.
• Ability to support data analytics efforts and interpret user behavior metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with India’s sports ecosystem and passion for sports.
• Experience in user research methodologies.
