Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for consumer and merchant payment experiences.
• Drive product strategy for P2P, P2M, utility payments (bill payments & recharges), and merchant onboarding.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, and Business teams to launch impactful product features.
• Work closely with payment partners and merchants to improve user adoption and transaction growth.
• Ensure products comply with India's payments regulations and industry standards.
• Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously improve the product.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with UPI Payments is mandatory.
• Experience building or managing consumer payment products.
• Strong understanding of the Indian payments ecosystem, including UPI, NPCI, digital wallets, merchant acquiring, and payment flows.
• Proven experience launching and scaling consumer-facing products.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
