Lead product vision, roadmap execution, and the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and create roadmaps, driving execution through design sprints and daily scrums.
• Analyze workflows and feature impact on conversion using datasets, dashboards, and experiments.
• Prioritize features based on user requirements, cost-benefit analysis, and market insights.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, marketing, and SEO teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Ensure design guidelines are followed across all digital communications as brand custodian.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of product management experience and 6+ years of overall professional experience.
• Proficiency with analytical tools including Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CleverTap, and Redash.
• Strong SQL knowledge for deep data analysis and experiment measurement.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or Just In Mind.
• Ability to design, execute, and measure A/B tests and user experiments.
• Deep understanding of product funnels and the development life cycle.
• Strong technical, design, SEO, and marketing literacy.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both top management and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the hospitality domain.
• MBA degree or programming knowledge.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any graduate degree.
