You will manage product development within the trading technology domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive technology projects from requirements definition through production readiness.
• Independently test, validate, and sign off on complex trading workflows.
• Manage business analysis functions related to trading systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Apply deep understanding of OMS architecture, covering the full order lifecycle, FIX protocol, and clearing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in equity options or listed futures.
• Deep understanding of OMS architecture and workflows, including middle-office and allocation processes.
• Strong hands-on understanding of U.S. and Canadian market structure.
• Experience with major OMS/EMS vendors (FlexTrade, Fidessa, Bloomberg, Tbricks, TRAFiX).
• Experience driving product requirements through delivery.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SEC, CFTC, IIROC, and CSA (including CAT and LOPR).
• Prior trading experience in options or futures.
• Project management or program delivery experience.
