Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering across business and technology teams
• Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Create process flows, functional specs, and stakeholder documentation
• Drive stakeholder alignment and formal sign-offs
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver compensation/rewards solutions
• Support modernization of legacy functionality into new systems
Required Skills
• 7–10 years of Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analysis experience
• Strong HCM / HRIS / Compensation / Rewards domain experience
• Experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with complex compensation or payment systems preferred
• Financial services or SaaS HCM background is a plus
