You will define product vision and strategy, aligning customer needs with long-term roadmaps and business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy in alignment with the high-level roadmap and business targets.
• Translate roadmaps into well-defined user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog, performing story elaboration with implementation teams.
• Partner with technology teams to develop, test, and deliver backend capabilities through rapid iteration.
• Monitor product performance post-launch using internal data tools to evaluate impact on critical metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering product vision and strategy.
• Technical product management experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies.
• Proven experience managing large, complex products with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Change Management practices.
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems using data-driven reasoning.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Experience in transforming technology platforms.
