Description

You will act as a Product Owner to define features, manage release planning, and communicate business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog by grooming epics and user stories for agile sprints.
• Elaborate critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes aligned with product goals.
• Collaborate with technology, UX, risk, cyber, legal, and compliance stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Partner with UI/UX teams to develop information architecture, user flows, and visual design comps.
• Define and track KPIs, product adoption, and usage metrics to drive decision-making.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a software or digital product manager or business analyst.
• Proven experience working within an agile/scrum development process.
• Ability to define, analyze, document, and communicate product requirements in an agile setting.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and developers to deliver user experiences.
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies.
• Data-driven approach to measuring performance and identifying product opportunities.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives under deadline constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in wealth management, online brokerage, banking, or financial services.
• Track record of delivering fintech digital products or applications.
